Will you be listing my house for sale, or actually buying it?

Good question. We are not real estate agents, and we don't list houses. We are professional home buyers and investors who buy houses directly from you, for cash.

Do you pay fair prices for houses?

Most of the houses we buy are slightly below market value. We do this so we have room in our budget to make repairs (which means we can sell beautiful, renovated homes in your community). So we do look to get a fair discount.

In our experience, most home sellers appreciate the benefits we provide over selling your home traditionally with a real estate agent. We offer a lump sum of cash, we close very quickly (2-4 weeks from the time you contact us), you don't have to put time or money into repairing your property, and you don't pay any agent or listing fees.

How do you determine the price to offer on my house?

Our process to determine offers is simple. We look at the location of the home, what repairs are needed, the current condition of the home, and the value of comparable homes sold in the area recently. We take this information, and come up with a fair price that works for us and works for you too.
